Chi Kung is a discipline originally from China. It is one of the most powerful forms of exercise ever invented, but it involves almost no movement. Sustained by 2700 years of studies, the main difference is that instead of consuming energy, chi kung builds, stores and moves energy in the human body. Being an art practiced in antiquity by large armies before battles, it has always been part of the KUNG FU Combat Art, being a component of SIU LAM WING CHUN. Its main benefits are:
